BSEW is manufacturing Gearboxes for its own steel rolling projects but also manufactures gears for sub-industry requirements. While we are manufacturing straight, helical, and worm gears, we also grind all surfaces of gears with our grinding machines under the control of our qualified technicians.

We are involved with the overall machine assembly with gearbox bases, slideways, couplings, motors, brakes, mandrels, and coil handling machinery. The gearboxes can then be shipped as assembled machines, which expedites the installation process.
The gearboxes are manufactured in-house using modern machine tools and gear-cutting and grinding machinery. The standard is case hardened and ground gear quality for smooth running, efficiency, and long life. The quality systems in place ensure the final assembly of the gearbox is correct before test running to check bearings, gears, and lubrication.
